Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a 16-year old American who was who was born in Miami Florida. She is half English mixed with Spanish she is the daughter of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker and Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. The father of her is Argentine with Scottish and English descendance. The mother of her is Spanish-English. Taylor Joy also has 4 siblings, one in each parent's previous marriages. They lived in Buenos Aires until she was six then relocated to the Victoria part of London. Taylor Joy stated that moving from Buenos Aires, to Victoria was difficult, and she was not able to learn English and was hoping to go back to Argentina. Her school had to change to Northlands to Hill House. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she took dance classes and appeared in productions. After she turned sixteen, Taylor-Joy resigned from the school to focus her full-time acting profession. Taylor-Joy was destined to be an actor from a young age. She realized her dream when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
